J&K Bank Settles Insurance Claims Worth Rs 2.02 Cr
Srinagar- J&K Bank has successfully processed insurance claims totaling Rs 2.02 crore through its MetLoan & Life Suraksha (MLLS) scheme, offering financial support to 38 families in the Kathua Zone.
The claims, which were related to deceased borrowers, were resolved at various branches, providing relief to families facing financial difficulties. Zonal Head Kathua, Suresh Kumar Chowdhary, and PNB MetLife’s Associate Director and Head, Irfan Ali Zargar, presented a symbolic check representing the total claim amount, accompanied by senior bank officials and insurance company representatives.
Beneficiaries expressed their appreciation for the efficient and timely settlement of their claims by both the Bank and PNB MetLife. Bank officials emphasized the significance of loan-linked insurance in safeguarding families from unexpected financial obligations, while PNB MetLife reiterated its dedication to honoring policyholder trust by promptly settling claims.
