J&K Bank Commissions CRM at Azad-Gunj in Baramulla
Srinagar- With a focus on enhancing customer convenience through technology-based touch-points, J&K Bank recently unveiled a Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) at its Azad-gunj Branch in Baramulla district, North Kashmir.
Zonal Head Tanveer Ahmad, along with Cluster Head Masood Ahmad, inaugurated the CRM in the presence of valued customers, local traders, residents, and other Bank officers.
Expressing his views, Zonal Head Tanveer Ahmad emphasized the significance of the CRM installation at Azad-gunj, highlighting the Bank’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved customer services. He emphasized how these machines offer 24/7 cash access, reducing reliance on branch counters, especially for customers with frequent cash needs.
The Bank’s dedication to expanding digital and self-service infrastructure was reiterated by Tanveer Ahmad, underscoring the institution’s goal of delivering faster, safer, and more efficient banking solutions across its operational regions.
This recent addition brings the total number of CRMs to 25 in Baramulla Zone, showcasing the Bank’s continuous efforts towards enhancing banking convenience for its clientele.
