The courage of veterans is not confined to the battlefield but also extends to establishing peace and ensuring the progress of the nation. They put the safety of others above their own, showcasing true bravery and selflessness.
While the sacrifices of our soldiers may remain invisible to many, they stand vigilant while the nation sleeps in peace. They celebrate festivals far from home, safeguarding the borders without seeking recognition for their sacrifices. Their actions speak volumes about their commitment to duty and love for the motherland.
Recognizing the invaluable contribution of veterans, Lieutenant Governor Sinha inaugurated the “Wall of Fame” and launched a dedicated police helpline service for veterans. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment, led by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, towards the welfare of veterans and their families.
Veterans serve as living role models for the youth, embodying timeless values and selfless service. They play a crucial role in guiding the nation and shaping its future. From safeguarding the nation to serving the society, armed forces veterans continue to inspire and lead by example.
Lieutenant Governor Sinha reiterated his commitment to honoring veterans’ service through care and support. The government is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of veterans’ families and building a life of dignity for those brave soldiers who have served and sacrificed for the nation.
