Extended Winter Vacations in Jammu Division Schools
Authorities in the Jammu division have decided to extend winter vacations in schools falling under the summer zone until January 14. This decision, announced by Director School Education Jammu, Naseem Choudhary, comes in response to the prevailing weather conditions and was made following directions from the Education Minister.
All government and recognised private schools in the summer zone areas of the Jammu division are included in this extension. Originally scheduled to reopen on Monday, the schools will now remain closed due to the cold weather and foggy conditions.
If needed, further instructions regarding the reopening of schools will be issued based on the weather conditions in the upcoming days. It is important to stay updated on any changes that may occur. [KNT]
