Theatre in Education Workshop Empowers Young Minds in Chadoora
Chadoora- Enthusiasm filled the air as the curtains closed on the 15-day Theatre in Education (TIE) workshop in Chadoora, Budgam. Organised by the National School of Drama (NSD) TIE Centre Srinagar in collaboration with Aglow Educational Institute and the J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages, the workshop culminated with captivating performances by young participants.
Catering to two age groups, the workshop aimed at honing essential life skills, fostering creativity, and unleashing the untapped potential of young minds through the medium of theatre-based learning. The final day was marked by impactful skit presentations that exuded confidence, teamwork, and social consciousness, leaving a profound impact on the audience.
Chief Guest Mohammad Iqbal Rather, Chairman of Aglow Educational Institute, lauded the students for their outstanding performances and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors. He underscored the significance of such creative and cultural endeavors in shaping personalities and instilling confidence and clarity in students.
As a token of appreciation, certificates were conferred upon all participants in acknowledgment of their dedication and growth throughout the workshop.
