Man Found Dead in Hotel Room Near Dal Lake in Srinagar
Tragedy struck in Srinagar as a man from Uttar Pradesh was discovered lifeless in his hotel room near the picturesque Dal Lake late Tuesday night, officials confirmed.
According to reports, the man was found unconscious in his room around midnight and was promptly rushed to SMHS hospital for medical attention.
Regrettably, the doctors at the hospital pronounced him dead upon arrival, prompting the completion of necessary medico-legal formalities.
The deceased has been identified as Taranjit Singh, aged 41, and hailing from Uttar Pradesh, with his father named as Pushvandar Singh. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death are currently ongoing, as stated by an official source. —(KNO)
