Orientation and Training for Haj Pilgrims in Kishtwar District
In Kishtwar, on January 20th, the first phase of orientation and training on Manasik-e-Hajj was provided to the Haj pilgrims from the district. A total of 55 individuals, comprising 19 women and 36 men selected for this year’s pilgrimage, participated in the orientation program.
The training session, conducted in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma, highlighted the significance of proper orientation for pilgrims to ensure a smooth and spiritually enriching journey. The attendees were educated on Manasik-e-Hajj, travel documents, accommodation arrangements, health precautions, and other essential guidelines essential for the sacred pilgrimage.
Pilgrims were advised to diligently follow the scheduled dates and timings of upcoming training sessions and adhere to guidelines provided by the Haj Committee periodically.
