Education Minister Congratulates Students for Passing Class 10th and 12th Exams
Education Minister Sakina Itoo extended her congratulations to all students who successfully passed the class 10th and 12th examinations, with results declared by the J&K Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Wednesday. She also offered words of encouragement to those who did not pass, urging them not to lose hope.
In a video message to the students, Minister Itoo expressed her delight over the high pass percentage in both exams. She emphasized the importance of perseverance and hard work, encouraging students to continue striving for excellence in their future endeavors.
She reassured students who did not pass that failing an exam is not the end of the road. Minister Itoo urged them to remain motivated, make another attempt, and keep moving forward towards their goals.
The pass percentage for the class 10th examination stood at 85.03%, while for class 12th, it was 84.02%. Minister Itoo commended the timely declaration of results for both classes, highlighting the government’s commitment to efficient education administration.
Chairman of JKBOSE, Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, expressed satisfaction with the improved pass percentage compared to previous years. He credited the board’s strategic planning for the successful and timely release of results for both classes on the same day.
Sheikh emphasized JKBOSE’s ongoing efforts to enhance student experiences and meet their expectations. He praised the board’s achievement in declaring results promptly to facilitate students in completing their higher education admissions without delays.
For the second time in a year, JKBOSE made history by announcing the results of two classes simultaneously. Sheikh reiterated the board’s dedication to ensuring a seamless result-checking process for students.
