Celebrating Artistic Excellence at Kesar Art Circle Golden Jubilee
During the Golden Jubilee celebration of Kesar Art Circle at Kala Kendra Jammu, the LG commended the renowned painter and Founder of Kesar Art Circle, Shri Bhushan Kesar. He acknowledged Bhushan Kesar’s outstanding contribution in nurturing a generation of artists who have left an indelible mark on the global art scene under his mentorship.
